Shipping & Returns

Shipping

 

New Zealand (Domestic) and Australian Orders:
 

Shipping is FREE to New Zealand for all orders over $50 and to Australia for all orders over $100.
For orders under $50, shipping is $7 for New Zealand wide delivery and for orders under $100, shipping is $30 to Australia.

 

We ship within three business days. If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days, we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date. 
 

WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES, please make sure a physical address is entered in your order.

Australian Orders:
 

Import duties or taxes.
We recommend that you check your country's import regulations prior to ordering as all import duties and/or taxes that are imposed by the authorities of your country are your responsibility and will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order, if applicable.

 

You must provide a valid email address and phone number when placing your order so that you can be contacted if your package is held at the border.
Packages that are held up by customs will be delayed, we do our best to get your package to you as quickly as possible but unfortunately, this is completely out of our control. 

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with the exact amount you will be charged, please contact your local government for specific details. Refusal to pay duties and/or tax will result in your parcel being returned. If the products are returned, for this reason, we cannot refund your order.
 

International Orders

Currently online orders are able to be shipped to Australia only.  

If you would like your order shipped to another country, please contact us directly with your order details.

 

 

Returns

 

Returns are accepted for damages or incorrect orders.

Should you find that there has been damage to your order  or if you have received the wrong item please contact us immediately. Please take a digital photo of the damaged/wrong item(s) right after opening, including packaging. 

 

To start a return, you can contact us at ask@helenahealth.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, we cannot accept returns on honey that has been opened and used.

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.


Change of  mind returns

Due to the bioactive natural health products we sell, many cannot be returned to us due to the biosecurity regulations in New Zealand. We are happy to help if you get in touch with any questions prior to ordering so please be sure the products you are buying are the products you want.
